Our Shipping Policy
- Packages are shipped throughout the continental United States only.
- The shipping rates for many items that we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded to the next full pound.
- Shipping charges for orders shipping to non-local destinations will also be custom quoted based upon destination, product, package dimensions, and weight.
- If you receive a message that the item(s) cannot be shipped to your location, give us a call at 800-284-2548 to see if another option may exist.
- Placing an order does not guarantee that it will be shipped out that week depending on availability and package traffic.
- We use UPS, USPS and Fed Ex as our shipping carriers.
- If shipping to a residence, please verify that your recipient will be available to receive the package. The driver is automatically instructed to leave the package at the doorstep.
- All of our items are vacuum-sealed and frozen. They are shipped in a reusable insulated cooler packed with dry ice or gel ice packs.
- A small amount of thawing may occur.
