  • Packages are shipped throughout the continental United States only.
  • The shipping rates for many items that we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded to the next full pound.
  • Shipping charges for orders shipping to non-local destinations will also be custom quoted based upon destination, product, package dimensions, and weight.
  • If you receive a message that the item(s) cannot be shipped to your location, give us a call at 800-284-2548 to see if another option may exist.
  • Placing an order does not guarantee that it will be shipped out that week depending on availability and package traffic.
  • We use UPS, USPS and Fed Ex as our shipping carriers.
  • If shipping to a residence, please verify that your recipient will be available to receive the package.
  • The driver is automatically instructed to leave the package at the doorstep.
  • All of our perishable items are vacuum-sealed and frozen. They are shipped in a reusable insulated cooler packed with dry ice and gel ice packs.
  • A small amount of thawing may occur.
